About the role:
SASS is currently seeking Intake/Brief Intervention Counsellors to join our team to be the first point of contact for clients and to be part of the implementation of our new Brief Intervention program. Working both at SASS offices and the newly established ARCH centre, you will work collaboratively with service providers to provide timely, coordinated, trauma informed and tailored support to children, young people and adults affected by sexual harm.
Alongside this role, we have an opening for Therapeutic Specialists in our Children & Families Team. These positions complement each other, so if you’re passionate about trauma-informed care, we encourage you to explore both opportunities.

This position will be a minimum of 3 days per week, up to 5 days per week. All SASS employees are entitled to full salary packaging benefits, flexible work arrangements, dedicated professional development budgets, paid parental leave, and additional paid leave over the Christmas period. These positions are located at the SASS offices in the Hobart CBD.
