Sexual Assault Support Service (SASS) is a specialist Tasmanian organisation that has been supporting people impacted by sexual violence for nearly 40 years.
We know that healing from sexual harm takes time, care, and support. That’s why our work is guided by the voices of victim-survivors and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed practice.
SASS works across the full spectrum of prevention and support, from education and early intervention, through to crisis response, recovery, and long-term healing. We also work closely with government and other organisations to make sure policies and systems reflect the real needs and experiences of those affected by sexual violence.
