The Sexual Assault Support Service (SASS) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to creating a healthy, safe Tasmania free from sexual violence. Do you care about the experience of those seeking support services? We’re looking for attentive, thoughtful and friendly Administration Officers to join our team!

The client service team provides reception support to our existing Highfield House and Arch locations in the Hobart CBD. These new roles will also support the PAST program in their new dedicated offices adjacent to Highfield House, Murray Street.

In addition, this position plays a pivotal role in providing administrative services across the operational areas of early intervention, primary prevention, recovery services and administration/finance supporting community events held at SASS premises.

While strong administration and reception skills are essential, what matters most in this role is your ability to create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for clients as they move through their journey with SASS.  You’ll often be the first person a client sees and can make the difference in engaging with our service.

Thesepositions are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm. We have two positions available – one up to full-time and one approximately 15 hours per week with ability to work additional hours at times.
