SASS is a not-for-profit community-based 24/7 crisis response and counselling service supporting people affected by sexual assault. SASS is guided by trauma informed principles, and highly values diversity, continuous quality improvement and staff development.
SASS is seeking to appoint suitably qualified professionals in the position(s) of After Hours Counsellor within our Crisis Response Service team. The role(s) operate on a roster basis to deliver a 24 hour, 365 days a year service for victims of sexual assault.
If you are a qualified Counsellor, Social Worker, Psychologist or Mental Health care professional who is looking for a new career challenge where you can really make a difference, we would welcome your application. We are also interested to hear from anyone with experience who is currently undertaken tertiary study in any of the above disciplines.
